The Los Angeles Korean Festival Foundation is a nonprofit organization rooted in community, culture, and connection. Our mission is to celebrate the richness of Korean heritage while creating inclusive spaces where people from all walks of life—across Los Angeles, Orange County, and beyond—can come together and experience the beauty of Korean food, music, art, and tradition. As President of the Foundation, I’m honored to lead a team that’s dedicated to serving our community. This work is about more than just putting on an event—it’s about uplifting Korean culture, preserving our roots, and making sure our stories are seen and heard. What drives me most is seeing older generations feel proud of their identity and younger people engaging with Korean culture in meaningful, lasting ways. It’s also about uniting communities—Korean and non-Korean alike—and building something that truly belongs to the people of Southern California.
