Alex Cha

From a young age, I understood the power of words.

I loved to talk (maybe a little too much), but more importantly, I learned how to use my voice to fight for the underdog and stand up for justice.

It was that attitude that led me to join the U.S. Army, serving during Operation Desert Storm, and it was that attitude that led me to leave a promising career in business law to represent everyday Californians in personal injury cases.

Because I believe in using my voice to speak up for those who might not have one, and to ensure everyone struggling within the legal system has the financial support they need to move forward.

When I was nine years old, my family and I immigrated from Korea to the U.S., chasing a dream of opportunity.

At 18, I enlisted in the Army Reserves, looking for discipline and purpose. By 19, I was deployed to Desert Storm, thrown from college life into the chaos of an Army base in Saudi Arabia.

My military experience shaped my character. It taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to stand my ground under pressure. Those lessons still guide me today in my fight for clients who’ve been wronged.

After returning to civilian life, I went to law school and pursued business litigation, but I quickly realized I wasn’t passionate about fighting over money. I wanted to represent real people facing real struggles.

Over time, my practice evolved from lemon law to personal injury cases. My mission has always been to help individuals stand up to those who have wronged them, whether that’s a dishonest dealership or a greedy insurance company trying to deny the coverage they rightfully deserve.

I know firsthand how frustrating and overwhelming the legal system can be. I’ve been in car accidents myself, and I’ve dealt with insurance adjusters who do everything possible to pay the bare minimum. That’s why I’m dedicated to making sure my clients never have to face that fight alone.

“From start to finish, Alex demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being. Alex and his team showed great empathy and were in constant communication with me, consulted and advised me on what to expect, and worked with me directly to get me a settlement far better than I expected. If you need the law on your side, contact Alex.”

My philosophy is simple: be honest, be responsive, and fight hard.

Too many attorneys leave clients in the dark, but my clients have repeatedly told me they’re surprised at how prompt and responsive my team and I are.

When people come to me, they’re often dealing with some of the most difficult moments of their lives. My job is to help them get back on their feet, whether that means recovering from an injury, getting their car repaired, or securing a settlement from an underhanded insurance company.

Outside of the office, I’m a dedicated marathon runner. I set a goal years ago to run all six major marathons, and I’m well on my way. Running keeps me disciplined and reminds me that success comes from persistence. I’m also dedicated to serving my community, whether through the youth ministry at my church, my role as President of the Korean Festival, or just being there for my two daughters.

At the end of the day, I see it as my responsibility to use my position to stand up for what’s right, and help the members of my community face their challenges and come out the other side.
