2023 Subaru Outback

The vehicle was brought in for service four times between May and June 2023, totaling 15 days out of service. The main issue involved a blurry or malfunctioning rearview camera, which persisted despite multiple attempts to fix it. Initially, the rear camera was found to be unclear and was replaced, but problems continued. Further diagnosis revealed the issue stemmed from a faulty radio screen, which was later replaced. Additionally, the tailgate garnish was noted to be blemished and required repainting. Throughout these visits, MTP inspections were also conducted.

2021 Subaru Crosstrek

The vehicle was repeatedly brought in due to persistent issues with the auto start/stop feature, slow cranking, and intermittent failure to restart after stops. Initially, an ECM update was performed and the battery was recharged, but the issue recurred, leading to battery replacements in both December and January. Despite the new batteries, the vehicle shut off while turning and at red lights, often requiring a manual restart. During the extended 50-day visit from June to July, technicians were unable to replicate the issue, but noted occasional slow cranking. A voltage drop test revealed minor issues with power delivery to the starter, and the starter itself was ultimately recommended for replacement.

2022 Hyundai Santa Fe

The vehicle was repeatedly brought in for recalls, charging issues, and engine warning lights. Initially, it was serviced for seat belt and tow hitch harness recalls. The owner also reported intermittent check engine lights, charging interruptions, and post-refueling vibrations. The on-board charger was eventually replaced after confirmation of a fault. Later, complaints included a steering wheel noise, rear wobbling, and turn signal lamp warnings, which led to a steering rack replacement and software updates. In early 2025, the vehicle experienced more severe issues including a mass airflow sensor failure and complete engine shutdown at a stop, requiring catalytic converter replacements. Throughout the service history, several concerns could not be replicated, but multiple components were replaced or updated in response to recurring problems.
